Job Description

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Assist Managing Partners in their tasks.
  • Prepare drinks and food for owners and guests.
  • Follow up on daily emails, review and distribute emails with the sales team.
  • Prepare and edit documents.
  • Maintain database and filing system (Both electronic and paper)
  • Keep showroom and samples organized & clean.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Professional and well-presented appearance
  • Must speak English Fluently
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn to make price quotations.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.)
  • Customer service experience
  • Fast Typer
