Job Description
- Complete all products inventory to ensure full availability of all customers’ needs through managing a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in inventories at the earliest possible time
- Control of all keys to the Pharmacy as well as the ultimate security of the Pharmacy
- Serve as the legal official Pharmacy Manager at the Ministry of Health and Syndicate of Pharmacists
- Manage all Pharmacy employees including Pharmacists, Delivery Men, Assistant Pharmacists and others to ensure full schedule coverage and best consumer service
- Handle all Pharmacy employees monthly bonuses as per the group policy and their performance
- Achieve monthly targets of sales
- Maintain the satisfaction of all Corporate Clients through the best delivery of their daily prescriptions and requirements
- Ensure all insurance-prescriptions are rightly dispensed and priced
Job Requirements
- Assure that all prescription drugs & OTC medications and controlled substances are safe and secure in the Pharmacy
- Holds a Degree of Pharmaceutical Sciences and has a license to practice in Egypt.
- Can register himself as the Pharmacy Manager officially (his name is free and not used with other Pharmacies)
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Retail Pharmacies
- Strong communication skills with energetic and positive attitude
