Job Description

Work will be from home for 2 months then full time in office once its ready

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate IDEA, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Prepare social calendar for clients’ social media marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute social ads (format, targeting, scheduling) for clients’ social media marketing campaigns based on campaign budgets and objectives
  • Communication with clients, internal terms and external parties to coordinate social media and other digital content production
  • Work with data analytics team to prepare useful reports to communicate campaign results to clients

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree in marketing, communications or any relevant discipline
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in major social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instgram, snapchat, twitter), preferably with experience in advertising planning and execution.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist
  • Passionate about social media and online trends.
  • Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Should possess creative writing and content skills.
  • Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure.
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit; scrappy and proactive, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs / processes
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills, requiring minimal supervision

Technical skills:

  • Very good copy-writing skills.
