Job Description

This job is people-centric, where you need to be very comfortable talking, engaging and supporting people. We sell software systems and mobile Apps, and your role will be related to supporting existing clients, searching for new leads, establishing the first contact and supporting the sales team.

So, we are looking for a cheerful and charismatic person who is technology lover and can use text-chatting/phone-calls/Skype/emails/social channels (in both Arabic and English) and any other communications tool perfectly.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer issues (verbal and textual) and handle them, or record a ticket for the tech team.
  • Identify leads and establish the first contact by phone or emails or via their social channels.
  • Make system demos to users and explain how the mobile APP works.
  • Some outdoor visits will be needed to support the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Technology lover and enthusiast
  • Phone conversation skills
  • Very good communication skills: Love dealing and interacting with people from all countries and nationalities.
  • Very good in internet search
  • Good command of English

* This job is eligible for 2-days work-from-home per week.
