Senior Software Analyst (SSWA) is a skilled and experienced person who studies the software application domain, prepares SRS (Software Requirements Specification) documents, prepares help documents, and provides training on the developed systems to the end users.
The software analyst is the seam between the software users and the software developers. They convey the demands of software users to the developers.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and document requirements & functional specifications of software systems.
Prepare Help documents for software systems.
Provide training on software systems.
Work as the seam between the software users and the software developers.
Maintain and update SRS through the project life-cycle.
Provide application instructions for end users.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
5+ years of experience as a software analyst with a proven track record.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle & its methodologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
General business knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure, complete tasks in timely and accurate manner with limited direction and guidance.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
Critical thinking, attention to details, and strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to successfully work in multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to present complex subjects in understandable terms.
Strong English language skills.
