Job Description
- Achieve the monthly assigned sales target per area.
- Contact regular visits to pharmacies, to collect orders, according to approved visits
- Plan on a monthly basis with an average of visits per working /day.
- Implement the coverage plan of his assigned areas' pharmacies through a daily visit plan
- Build maintain and develop a good healthy relationship with customers. . Increase sales opportunity by following up on new customers, upgrading weighted order value, and mounting stocks.
- Deal positively with customer complaints, suggestion, and requirements in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Apply accurately company policy concerning customer credit limit, payment terms and returned checks collection.
- Appear and communicate with customers, colleagues and supervisors in a good and presentable condition
- Highlight information concerning market feedback and competitors' activities, etc. Fulfill all reports required.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- It's a plus to have a car
