Job Description:
- Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
- Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- Manage the penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
Job Requirements
- Good English
- Team Worker
- Good Knowledge of labor law and Insurance
- High computer skills
- HR diploma is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Males Only
- Minimum 6 months call center experience
