Job Duties:
- Following up to make sure the office boys are doing their job well
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware)
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in planning for in-house or off-site activities
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 1 year experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent English proficiency.
