Job Description
- Receiving production plan requests from Business Head.
- Setting the production plan according to production capacity and work orders
- Supervising on production team and directing engineers and production foreman’s
- Daily following up for the production lines
- Distributing production lines upon the production orders and capacity.
- Solve production line problems that face the Company.
- Achieving production target as per plan and handle manpower and all production related activates
- Choosing suitable materials by testing them and choose the best or by consulting Quality manager.
- Reducing production costs.
- Distributing tasks between production technicians upon their abilities and skills.
- To maintain the Quality as per the speciation of products & customer requirements.
- Prepare the production & job planning as per the requirements. With the Business Head
- Request and Issue Raw Material from stores.
- Maintains all production records and documents.
- To prepare daily and monthly MIS reports
Job Requirements
- BSc at Engineering / Production / Mechanical Production
- From 4 to 8 years at manufacturing and producing ink and painting.
- Lean
- Six sigma
