Job Description
- Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Making MRP, CRP, RCCP.
- Determine ROP for all Items.
- Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor requirements, and other factors
- Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
- Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Job Requirements
- Manufacturing build process knowledge.
- Concerns identification and resolution experience minimum 2 years.
