Job Description
- Timeline and resource optimization and scenario planning which is used for goal setting.
- Recognizes trends and raises issues and/ or potential changes that may impact the project as part of risk management of the project.
- Interfaces with functional planners to manage resourcing and detailed functional planning to ensure agreed resources are applied according to plan
- Displays a good understanding of the overall project budget, cost breakdown needed and supports annual and monthly reviews.
- Facilities goal setting process for the year's performance indicators by identifying critical milestones.
- Prepares agenda for monthly meetings if requested
- Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
- Create formal communications plan to both team members and management.
- Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget. create and maintain project financial justification. meet all established project deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Location: New Administrative Capital
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
- 3-5 years of relative experience
- Excellent Project Management skills .
- English : Excellent
