Job Description
- Facilitate the transport, clearance or transport of goods, ensuring that all necessary data and documents are available for entry.
- Search and solve operational problems or input using system feedback and work directly with other specialized teams, client or vendors.
- Review key elements related to customer requirements including accounting, credit, customs bonds, audit instructions and billing packages in accordance with client's instructions and company policies.
- Review entry details and verify compliance data related to the duties account, duty policy, participating government agencies, trade agreements, advance notice or any specific customs requests for appropriate filing for release.
- Monitor release and follow up all ABI / AMS messages including rejection, retention and exam messages, and work with government officials to ensure timely release of goods.
- Enter all billing in the system and create the client billing package and other assigned tasks.
- Achieve timely and accurate treatment and conform to customs restrictions, ensure that appropriate processes are followed and communicated to release the imported goods in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- The holder of at least a bachelor degree.
- Very good English language.
- Good knowledge of customs and government regulations.
- Good knowledge of reviewing financial, importing, and other records.
- Good knowledge of preparing reports which includes developing findings, citing applicable regulations, identifying problematic situations, and making recommendations.
