Job Description

    • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
    • Participate in job description process , Participate in ISO Audit & any Internal-External Audit
    • Prepare training programs, and coordinate training process
    • Participate in performance evaluation process (KPI)
    • Prepare required Human Resources reports
    • Organize trainings.
    • Provide operations support and documentation support for managers
    • Coordinate with inside staffs and outside agencies for daily administrative operations
    • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
    • Receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as, experience letters, Medical insurance cards, HR letters, and other
    • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

                        Job Requirements

                        • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
                        • 1+ year experience at least in call center service
                        • Preferred Female.
                        • Resident in October, Giza is preferred
                        • Proficient in Microsoft Office
                        • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
                        • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
                        • English: very good
                        • Teamwork skills
                        • Willing to learn
                        • Good Appearance
