Job Description
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
- Participate in job description process , Participate in ISO Audit & any Internal-External Audit
- Prepare training programs, and coordinate training process
- Participate in performance evaluation process (KPI)
- Prepare required Human Resources reports
- Organize trainings.
- Provide operations support and documentation support for managers
- Coordinate with inside staffs and outside agencies for daily administrative operations
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as, experience letters, Medical insurance cards, HR letters, and other
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
- 1+ year experience at least in call center service
- Preferred Female.
- Resident in October, Giza is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- English: very good
- Teamwork skills
- Willing to learn
- Good Appearance
