Job Description
- Ability to develop and Provide full Fire Fighting & Plumbing design package consisting of cooling load calculations report, layouts, schedule of equipment , tender BOQ and Specifications, flow diagrams and Sequence of operation.
- Develop the concept report including design criteria, estimated block load,Evaluation and comparing between different Fire Fighting ,plumbing systems alternatives and best solutions to the customer.
- Develop schematic design and preliminary documents such as all calculations related to sizing and equipment selection,
- Develop final construction documents including specifications, bill of quantities, sequences of operation as well as the layout s and Schedules.
- Supervising project execution and reviewing shop drawing, Material Submittals, method of statements, requests f or information…..etc.
- Prepare tender offers financially and technically.
- Performing shop drawings and coordinating the drawings with other disciplines and the actual situation in site.
- Supervise the ongoing mechanical works in site.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Outstanding computer skills
- AutoCAD, REVIT MEP
- Excellent English language
- Elite and other related calculations software
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and codes for Fire Fighting & Plumbing System design ex: NFPA,…etc.
- Knowledge of Healthcare standards and requirements.
