Job Description
- Monitoring day-to-day sales with distribution Supervisors according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Prepare detailed reports related to section targets
- Respond to customers questions and complaints regarding distribution services in the best way to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop customers and act to acquire new customers.
- Follow up with distribution supervisors to complete sales’ deals. follow up the achieved sales target with each client and compare it with the sales target which is selected by periodical reports about withdrawals for each client
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferred in the relevant major (Business Administration or Finance)
- Proven experience as a distribution manager with 5-7 total years of experience in (sales-office )field
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding analytical skills.
