Job Description
We are a growing Bio-Medical company with a head-office in Dubai and presence in over 12 markets in the Region. We are in the process of building a Technology team in Egypt and are searching for a Project Lead to mange the team and projects. We are looking for someone who has experience with website technologies, both as a developer and project lead.
- Develop technology strategies and solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, advising on solution, cost, and implementation.
- Train, evaluate, and manage a team of solution specialist and IT staff.
- Analyze emerging technologies and translate implications of the new technology into an effective strategy and business opportunity.
- Build and manage solutions that are focused on Infrastructure and Architecture, Applications Development, solutions, and Support for businesses.
- Lead the development of standards regarding implementation of changes to systems/applications.
- Manage the identification, implementation and utilization of enabling technologies that provides business value, and increases profitability.
- Manage the delivery of high quality, cost effective services to clients within scope of responsibility.
- Manage highly visible and complex programs while overseeing multiple projects at the corporate level.
- Promote teamwork, both within own group and across Technology.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Development and Project Lead experience.
- Minimum of 3 years working with or managing websites.
- The ideal candidate must have experience delivering company wide projects in a structured corporate environment.
- Strong background in PMO processes such as: IT Governance, Methodology, Functional/Technical skills, Project budgeting, Risk management.
