Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Respond to inquiries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received from the end users.
- Configure & troubleshoot all versions of Microsoft windows.
- Perform computer maintenance & networks connection
Job Requirements
- Bachlor degree of telecommunication or any other related field.
- Very Good command of English language
- A+
- CCNA
- Basics of MCSA
