Job Description
- Insure that the warehouse daily work is compliance with the approved manual.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers manager..
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulation.
- Arrange the warehouse to facilitate periodic fiscal count.
- Calculate the reorder point for every item.
- Investigate and examine the items to isolate the non-moving items and report for his line manager every three months.
- Follow FIFO inventory system.
- Continues improvement in the warehouse and storage method to be compliance with the mission of the company.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license
- Bsc. Of commerce
