About the Job

Sales Representative Wanted for Inside Sales and Marketing team.
We are seeking to build a solid sales team (females only) of professionals that understand the value of marketing, advertisement, and online solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare target list for contacting by phone using Internet, directories, contacts and other sources of information.
  • Follow developed cold selling strategy, cold sell using the phone aiming at identifying prospects who could benefit from company solutions
  • Report in the defined format to sales team manager
  • Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
  • Carry out satisfaction, awareness and perception surveys and report
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of communication activities
  • Carry out pre-event activities; Invite clients and prospects for seminars, exhibitions and client days
  • Carry out Post-event activities; follow up on attendees and collect feedback
  • Carry out continuous updating and maintaining of an effective database for clients and prospects

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Good Marketing & Selling skills.
  • High inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside telesales department.
  • Ability to work with a phone for long hours.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English languages.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Essential Required Experience

  • Experience 1 year working on telemarketing to generate new leads for sales
  • Experience in generating leads for technology, hardware and software solutions
  • Experience in targeting the right market sector based on the company sales plan
  • Experience in reaching the decision makers and get connected with them
  • Experience in evaluating the leads that come from inbound calls from prospect customers
  • Experience in evaluating and filtering directories to build the needed contacts base that can help in reaching the targeted customers.
