Job Description

  • Conduct regular clients’ visits calls to initiate relationships and understand comprehensively the client’s recruitment & selection environment and close new sales deals, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target.
  • Search and capture relevant business tenders and bids to create business leads and act accordingly.
  • Draft technical & financial proposals and deals contracts to be presented to potential clients and follow-up on deals before and after successful closure.
  • Follow up on invoicing and cash collection to finalize the deals financials in timely manner.
  • Manage CRM and consistently update clients’ data and register call reports in order to maintain the CRM and make it the solely source of business development and sales.
  • Conduct periodical competitive analysis and provide management with market insights to keep the business relevant to the market dynamics.
  • Draft, update and maintain products’ sales kits, brochures, product catalogue, sales pitch presentations
  • Create and manage content for digital promotional communication on mediums such as, company website, newsletters, blog, LinkedIn and Facebook to enlarge the digital outreach and keep the company digital presence.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from a business discipline, HR background is preferable.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant business environment.
  • Experience in Marketing Communication is preferred.
  • English Language proficiency.
