About the Job

Responsibilities
- Setting sales strategies local & export
- Preparing annual sales budgets with a 3 month rolling forecast
- Executing sales plans to achieve assigned KPIs
- Develop a solid sales team covering all geographical areas in Egypt
- Penetrating new markets
- Widening the company products portfolio
- Sales SOPs standard operating procedure implementation/managing in collaboration with Production, Accounting & Finance and SC Departments
- Updating marketing tools and materials
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of similar experience in the home appliances sector
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Analytical thinking and sales planning exceptional capabilities
- High written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- High interpersonal skills
- Proper time management
