Job Description
- (CRM) coordinators are responsible for coordinating and managing customer relations on behalf of their company.
- Act as a liaison between business management and customers.
- Develop excellent business relationships. They utilize their networking skills to facilitate customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate in different ways and create word documents containing reports of their interactions.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience

- Excellent reconciliation analysis skills, as well as a knowledge of implementation.
