Job Description

  • (CRM) coordinators are responsible for coordinating and managing customer relations on behalf of their company.
  • Act as a liaison between business management and customers.
  • Develop excellent business relationships. They utilize their networking skills to facilitate customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate in different ways and create word documents containing reports of their interactions.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Preferably experience in sales/marketing
  • Excellent command of English
  • Males only.
  • Excellent reconciliation analysis skills, as well as a knowledge of implementation.
  • Strong communication abilities to develop excellent business relationships.
  • Proficient with computer software
  • Ability to identify risks and controls based on the support environment involved.
