Job Description
- Manage The Company Accounts and Make sure the distribution is Done
- Manage The conversion from an open account to Potential Account and
- Assign it to a Senior Tele Sales Agent
- Monitor the Tel Sales Agents team Daily Performance and Reports
- Train and Develop for Tel Sales team
- Prepare , Scripts, Email, Q/A for team to use
- Work with Senior Tel Sale Team to help them close deals
- Daily Sales Meeting
- Manage the Tel Sales team Pipeline and make sure it is updated and validated
- Coordinate with Saudi Sales Team for Transfer of small Opportunities to
- Senior Tel Sales Agents
- Review Tel Sales team Daily performance
- Guide Tel Sales team when help is required
- Calculate KPI for Tel Sales team
- Make Sure Tel Sales team achieves all their targets regarding Won
- Opportunities and New Opportunities
- Run Weekly Workshop with tele Sales team and do practice Sessions
- Evaluate Tele Sales team
- Manage Pipeline Meeting with tell Sales team and Saudi Team
- Follow up on Opportunities when required
sending the daily reports ,weekly, monthly report. - Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Delivering solutions to both clients and the internal team in order to sales process
- Preparing induction and orientation program for the new joiner.
