Job Description
The HR Administrator is responsible for personnel administration and also providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
HR Administration:
- Develop and maintain physical and electronic employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Maintain and update human resources documents (Leave requests, social insurance, medical insurance, etc..)
- Receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as salary certificates, experience letters, benefits cards, HR letters, and other
- Handle and follow up on the bank account openings for new joiners and ensure that bank requirements with regards to new applications are met
- Support in gathering Payroll data such as overtime calculations, deductions and invoices
- Provides administrative support to HR department dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing, and filing.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Perform any administrative duties as assigned
Recruitment:
- Develop Headcount plan and update it on a quarterly basis
- Support in database of applicants, candidates, interviewees and hires
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates for further interviews
- Conduct reference or background check checks for accepted candidates
On-boarding and Off-boarding Processes:
- Administer on-boarding process including hiring-related paperwork
- Develop and conduct newly hired orientation and induction program
- Responsible for contract preparations for new hires.
- Implement off-boarding for leaving employees
HR Policies:
- Updating HR Policies, Guidelines, Procedures within his/her scope
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar. Human Resources degree/certificate is mandatory or relevant fields.
- Experience/Training in Egyptian Labor law, and Social Insurance are a MUST.
Technical knowledge
- Human Resources, Psychology, Leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency (Word-Excel-PowerPoint)
- Writing Emails and office management software.
Soft skills/individual competence
- Good oral & written communication
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Very Good IT skills
- Demonstrate ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skill

- Highly organized and flexible.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources function related to personnel administration
- Good experience in data management and data analysis
Language
- Fluency of spoken and written English language
Residency:
- 6th of October & Giza Residents is a major plus.
