Job Description

T20 is a think tank with high executive capabilites of a group of egyption educated in the top 20 world universities and top consulting frims, eager to help our country and it's economy.

We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to perform clerical tasks in a well- organized and timely way. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and presentations and assist the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ diaries and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings, travel.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Effective interpersonal communication style and ability to handle our senior level associations members and executive board.
  • Translation tasks as required
  • Special projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 1 to 3.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with IT Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal communication style and ability to handle our senior level associations members and executive board.
  • Strong ability to relate to people at all business levels presentable with high level of professionalism.
