Job Description
- Handle our Insurance file, prepare Employment Contract , Archiving Employee Files,issuing Letters as requested from Employees or management, Keep Record of Vacations , Absenteeism, Delay.
- All of salaries issues
- Create ads and search for good employees and decide our needs
- Create a performance system to evaluate the employees
- Responsible for the Creation and implementation of any other HR Functions.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience at least
- BA in a related Field
