Job Description

  • Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints over the phone
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
  • Manage customers' accounts.
  • Follow up on customer interaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as customer service agent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Very good command of English Language; written and spoken.
