Job Description
- Manage data for international shipments, pro-actively communicate with agents & customers about shipment progress
- Input and maintain details into the operations system regarding each shipment, track cargo, maintain invoices and follow up as needed
- Make bookings with air and ocean carriers and provide guidance on import/export procedures
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation for outbound cargos
- Implement import/export regulations as they occur, and submit corresponding license requests to the proper authorities
