Job Description
- Supporting the strategic integration of the business management systems.
- Establish a reasonable plan for performing QA auditing activities on the project level, and to be augmented in the project from the initial stages
- Execute the QA auditing activities on the project level according to the QA plan.
- Ensure the closure of all NCs appeared in the QA audit according to the agreed upon corrective actions.
- Escalate the non-closed NCs to the senior management to take the required and suitable action.
- Supports the delivery of high-quality products by providing project staff and managers at all levels with appropriate visibility into, and feedback on, processes and associated work products throughout the life of the project.
- Objectively evaluating performed processes and work products against applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures
- Identifying and documenting noncompliance issues Providing feedback to project staff and managers on the results of quality assurance activities
- Ensuring that noncompliance issues are addressed.
- Reporting the results of the evaluation to the Senior Manager who should have periodical reviews with QA.
- Action to resolve the identified issues should be tracked to closure.
Job Requirements
- Experience of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall models)
- Process improvement models such as CMMI or Lean/Sig Sigma
- Bachelor’s degree.
