About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Assistant to the General Manager to provide him with the necessary administrative support, assist with sales tasks and perform related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Assistant to the General Manager
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide them with continuous updates about their orders' status.
  • Co-ordinate with company departments in the processing of all customers’ needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Translation of texts from Arabic to English and vice versa
  • Monitor office supplies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English language is a must
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
