Job Description
- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
- Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials,equipment, tools, etc., required for the installation work process prior to execution.
- Maintain accurate site surveys, through filling out the necessary report prior to the installation phase.
- Implement & monitor of installation work plan at site on time within budget.
- Direct & provide engineering & technical support to installation staff members.
- Assign targets for accomplishment at sites to all team members and ensure that targets are met on daily basis.
- Submit daily site, inspection, and monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
- Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
- Direct responsibility for the safety of all installation staff members.
- Ensure that all equipment used are as per designed specifications.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.
- Maintain professional technical knowledge transfer to all team throughout workshops & on job training.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- Engineering Bachelor Degree – Power, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Communication.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in Light Current and /or Home Automation industry.
- Very Good English language.
