Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. - Addressing any employment relations issues.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Supervise the implementation process of the time attendance policy and procedures to make sure that staff are aligned with the company and the Egyptian labor law attendance regulation.
- Monitor staff annual and sick leave balance to maintain the full compliance with the Egyptian labor law and leave policy.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing,and summarizing data and trends.
- Provides support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation ...etc and resolves issues and problems.
- Protect organization value by keeping information confidential.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good English language.
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Computer & S/W skills (preferred previous experience in HR software systems).
- Excellent laborers handling skills.
