Job Description
Job Objective/Description:
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of service delivery.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for his sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Present and sell company services and products to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current services knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Account Managers.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Account Manager.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assists Sales Account Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Relationships and Roles:
Internal / External Cooperation
- Ensures that all Sales Account Managers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Sets examples for Sales Account Manager in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Account Manager to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in sales, and sales management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marketing industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Knowledge of events management, advertising, and sales promotion techniques.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
