Job Description

  • Responsible for the Head Office facility management to ensure a neat premises and to maintain the company's image.
  • Responsible for paying and reviewing utility bills.
  • Handling the administrative tasks related to the maintenance, land lines, purchasing…etc.
  • Developing and generating all relevant reports to be submitted to the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Good User of MS office.
  • Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
