Job Description
We are searching for a bright and experienced HR recruiter to join our team and to work in our constructive and collaborative atmosphere. You’ll be an integral part of the development of our Human Resources strategies
The HR Recruiter Will Be Responsible For:
- Responsible for the full hiring process which includes coordinating head haunting, job posts
- Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports outcome in a timely manner, administered offer letters, negotiated salaries
- Submit regular reports on recruitment activities as requested, turn over, open vacancies, etc
- Contact with the all Managers from understanding profile requirements working closely with the Managers and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates
- Conducting interviews for any internal vacancy
- Maintain updated candidate database for future open positions
- Informing the accepted ones with acceptance and give them a session(The Orientation)
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Age from 28 to 32
- Experience 3-5 years
- HR Diploma or MBA
- Experience in FMCG
- Very good English
- Excellent communication skills
- Perfect user in Microsoft Office
- Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
- Multitasking and working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Quick learner and target oriented.
