Job Description:

The supply chain officer assists in ensuring that every step of the supply chain process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities. This includes the planning of procurement, production, and inventory control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage international and local purchasing
  • Manage warehouses and all related inventory control activities
  • Issue production orders
  • Create reports and analyze data
  • Train, develop, mentor, and assist subordinates
  • Vendor Management
Job Requirements
  • Experience with ERP/MRP system(s)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent research and self learning skills
  • Excellent command of general computer skills and Microsoft office
  • Experience in the furniture industry is preferable
