About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Meet and great walk in all Customers (beneficiaries or donors).
  • Acquainting the clients with service offered by the foundation.
  • Updating the clients with the foundation new services and camping
  • Respond to all donors queries in a safe, timely professional manner.
  • Preparing daily / weekly reports about the beneficiaries / donors .
  • Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's inquirers .
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • From 2-4 working years’ experience in similar position .
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Customer Service Oriented.
