Job Description
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
- Develop the corporate Treasury strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines and making sure of achieving 100% compliance in terms of the country laws and regulations.
- Read the market to proactively address potential problems.
- Monitor the Finance Department’s IT system, suggesting modifications as needed.
- Set goals based on projections for accounting and finance departments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications And Education Requirements:
- 16+ Years of experience in big size companies.
- MBA or CMA is preferred.
- Accounting University Degree.
