Job Description

  • Receiving customers at the company's sites and ending their demands within the company's headquarters or in government agencies and the city apparatus.
  • Writing a daily report to show what has been done
  • Responsible for keeping all records of quality models of customer service instructions and all its work subject to internal review

Job Requirements

  • Tact and work under pressure and deal with government agencies
  • Have experience of five years and more .
  • Having clear communication skills, receiving all inquiries and complaints received from customers, and responding promptly to them.
  • Good dealing with the complainant according to the nature of the inquiry or complaint.
