Job Description
Executive Secretary .
- HR ( Audit and Attendance ).
- Typing letters, memorandum, faxes, reports, etc.
- Drafting replies for routine correspondence.
- Distributing incoming mail, dispatching outgoing mail.
- Responding to general queries.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Arranging business travel and related accommodation.
- Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines.
- Cooperating with other staff as necessary.
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies.
Job Requirements
- Good skills in Windows and Microsoft Office ( Word / Excel / Outlook / Power Point )
- Fluent in English .
