Job Description
- Read landscape design prints and implement the landscape construction plan
- Operates, proficiently a variety of mechanical equipment
- Plans and organizes the job, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available. Also ensures that job is completed in the most time-efficient manner.
- Completes the necessary paperwork including timesheets, work orders, change orders, material requisitions, and client tickets.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Managing site supervisors & providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or Architecture.
- Experience in a similar role for at least 7 years.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
