Job Description
- Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding Services, prices, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, transportation and travel Material (guides, maps, Sim Card, etc)
- Supplying travellers with all useful information during the travel
- Collect deposits and rest balances
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Handle and resolve unforeseen problems and complaints on how to return money from the suppliers.
- Create and update electronic records of clients
- Maintain relationships with key persons
- Keep financial statements and documents
- Reach the revenue and profit targets
