Job Description
We are looking for a senior recruiter to be a part of amazing growing team.
About the Job
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
- Source candidates by using databases and social media.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
- Conduct phone, Skype and in-person interviews.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
- Attend job fairs and careers events.
- Follow up on clients visits whether existing or potential clients, through answering their inquiries and needs regarding accommodation, transportation and other matters that must be dealt with.
Job Requirements
- +2 years’ experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
- Familiarity with Working with International Clients.
- Experience in Software Company is a plus.
