Main Job Duties:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing potential customers.
- Creating optimization plan for Egyptian customers portfolio.
- Defining and implementing customer action plans for existing customers and gaining new accounts.
- Creating weekly and monthly customer visit plans and reporting them weekly.
- Preparing weekly cash collection report to be consolidated in sales and sent to Finance Department.
- Close follow up the economical situations of the customers to be proactive.
- Collecting relevant customer and competitor information and communicating systematically.
- Coordinating and ensuring resolution of customer complaints.
- Tracking performance by customer and product and report accurately and timely.
