Civil Project Managers Perform A Variety Of Core Tasks, Such As The Following:
Complete Construction Project Planning Processes
- Most construction projects start with a civil project manager. These professionals review land surveys, assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues.
Oversee Construction Personnel
- Civil project managers often manage on-site construction crews. They are responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with inspectors and architects, meeting with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors.
- Monitor project and data collection to determine if a project is progressing according to budget
Prepare Progress Reports and Attend Meetings
- It is typically up to civil project managers to generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs. They usually attend weekly or biweekly meetings to present progress information to superiors.
- Finding out what the client wants to achieve
- Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed
- Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
- Selecting and leading a project team

- Review and issue materials forecasting.

- Collect revise weekly tracking from project coordinators.
- PC objectives and KPIs development.
- System Data validation to ensure costs are calculated and accounted for properly
- Follow up accepted POC by customer and follow up invoicing process
- Classify accepted POCs into project and send it to financial department to be submitted in
- Negotiate and contract with subcontractors’ pieces
- Oversee P.M subcontractors reports on prices Read phonetically
- Ensure EHS system regarding project
- Review quality standards with teams
- Achieve customer satisfaction, manage customer relation for operation and positive working relationships.
- Following up Complying all project teams to QHSE rules.
- Develop and implement training program for field and back office teams to share technical and internal system policy and knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Know how to calculate projects costs and revenues
- Knowledge of market price to negotiate prices with subcontractors
- Very good analytical and organizational skills
