Job Description
- Responsible for creating and follow up for the social media (Facebook/Twitter and Linkedin).
- Examines customer requests for service or complaint and ensures problem/service solved in a timely manner.
- Organizes and attends events and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research before producing new products, these researches include (No. of Competitors and their market shares in different geographical areas, products features, prices, promotions & distributions channels).
- Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response.
- Creating promotional materials for new product.
- Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaigns.
- Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data for new products.
- Arrange effective distribution of Marketing materials.
- Arrange with media agencies for different activities.
- Writing the website content.
- Responsible for the website updates in the digital media.
- Responsible for outdoor activities.
- To perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience preferably in the same position as Marketing Specialist.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook Ability to operate and maintain poster printer, scanner, color/copier printer, and fax machine.
- Demonstrated design skills.
- Excellent planning, scheduling and organizational skills Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- PC skills required, Microsoft Products preferred.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize/handle multiple tasks.
