Job Description
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the products using and following the scripts
- Asking questions to understand customer’s feedback and maximize sales
- Looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales. You will be responsible for increasing orders to call ratio and sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships
- Contact potential & existing customers to inform them about the products and promotions using the script
- Answer questions about the products and/ or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer’s feedback and maximize order value
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to exceed targets and facilitate more sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Work Conditions:
- Fixed shifts
- Two days off Saturday and Sunday
Job Requirements
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting our products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
