Job Description
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers, and mission-critical support.
Job Requirements
- Good experience on active directory and domain controller
- Good experience on group policy, DHCP and DNS
- Good experience on backup solutions
- Good experience on exchange server
- Good experience on Sophos firewall
- Good experience on dealing with Cisco switches , access points . UPS and IBM servers
- Good experience o windows servers and Redhat Linux
- 5-7 years’ experience in the field .
