Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Playing the role of subject matter expert for Data Management
- Ensure that the data assets of the organization are supported by data architecture that aids to achieve the strategic goals
- Collecting, understanding, analyzing, integrating and exploring internal and external data to identify correlations and relations
- Working with other departments (IT and business) to ensure these results’ operational application and measuring their impacts on key business indicators
- Providing your in-depth technical expertise and insight not only to contribute to the company’s data strategy, but also to provide actual solutions to business challenges.
- Managing and transmitting knowledge through appropriate documentation and sessions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related field
- 5-7 years of experience with IT programs and services
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data management and related technologies
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build client relationship
- Sound knowledge of the insurance business
- At least 3 years ETL experience
- English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work across all IT organization
- Strong project management and organization skills
