Job Description
- Handle all admin tasks of facilities for both buildings
- Follow up daily consumables (electrical consumables, toiletries, kitchen needs, etc.)
- Follow up with FM company to perform scheduled visits
- Meet with FM company to ensure proper operation
- Arrange all technical needs of the current landlord with relevant stakeholders
- Follow up the transportation service of employees
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Very well organized.
- Very good MS office.
- Male or female
